Enso, Director, Operations & Project Management

We’re on the search for a self-motivated Director of Operations & Project Management to join us as a key member of our small team.

You will be an integral part of all things Enso, contributing your known best practices and standards for optimal staffing, collaborations and workflow. You will play a vital role in supporting enso’s initiatives, by leading the day-to-day internal management of the team and projects. 

Your mission is to be the glue and to collaborate across all departments — juggling between strategy, creative, production, studio, project management and operations — helping all to work together efficiently by effectively translating information for each to succeed.

What You’ll Do:
  • Establish strong working relationships across various internal departments.

  • Keep the team organized, bridging communication to ensure everyone has the time and resources to thrive.

  • Work closely with our Managing Partner to envision and create new scopes of work. This will require developing overall timelines, working across departments to align resources and determine allocations.

  • Partner with teams to ensure successful delivery of client projects on time, within budget and in accordance to enso process.

  • Schedule internal check-in meetings, plus track and communicate internal marching orders.

  • Field new business opportunities and assess if and how they should be pursued.

  • Help build upon and maintain our ever-growing network of collaborators.

  • Lead in building and maintaining a culture within Enso that promotes close-connection and camaraderie within our remote-working environment, creating an atmosphere for the team and projects to thrive.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in a business or executive management role

  • Proven experience organizing and directing teams and departments
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
  • Thrives in a remote-work dynamic
